SANDI RUE

She is our Radiance World Lady U.S. 2025. Sandi is a very special lady who is new to pageantry, but is already a queen, inspiring people wherever she goes. She resides in Steubenville, OH. She retired from the Weirton Steel Company, where she was Change Manager of the IT Department. But don’t let the word “retired” fool you!

She is an active member of Mt. Carmel Community Baptist Church where she serves as the Spiritual Leader of the EmpowHER Women’s Ministry, a Deacon and a member of the Leadership Team. She is also currently enrolled at West Liberty University pursuing a Board of Regents Life Experience Degree.

She & her husband of 36 years, Paul, stay fit by competing in Senior track & field at the local, regional, state, AND NATIONAL level as Senior Olympians! Over the last 15 years, she has won several Gold & Silver medals in the 50M dash, 100M dash, 200M dash, and the 4x100M Relay. Both she and her hubby have qualified again to compete at the 2025 National Senior games this July in Des Moines, Iowa! **And she just so happens to hold a few records too!**

All this, and she’s also a four-year breast cancer survivor!

She is a Die Hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan, a faithful servant of God, an exciting and loving wife, a devoted mother of 5, and a loving and caring NaNa of 12 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.

A few more fun facts, she is 78 years young!! Also, she came into my life in 2018, when, after doing my Ancestry DNA, I discovered that she is my biological aunt.
